Your sushi class includes edamame, soup, salad, the sushi you make and sake and Japanese beer tastings. 

 

You will learn how to prepare rice, a variety of ways to make sushi and rolls, tips on how to select fish and ingredients, learn about sakes and Japanese beers, and the art of presentation.

 

We will provide all your materials, food, supplies, towels, etc. and clean up.
